The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were clean, unbeatable location just next door to Times Square and other tourist destinations as well as the bus station right across the road. The stay at this gorgeous hotel was a warm one. The breakfast was great, they offered coffee, hardboiled eggs and tea. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, hairdryer and closet space. The staff - supportive & was quick to help. Restaurant in venue was perfect and the pool area was amazing.

The hotel is premium level, location is PRIME and rooms are spotless. It's in an new building in the busy area. Also, you can walk to a long-standing department store in about 5 minutes.

Unfortunately internet connection was terrible.
